Back with Running Treadmill
Back with Running Treadmill – I am back in action I have been very sick but also I have been doing lot of exercise. I will start my daily treadmill exercise again and write here. I will try to run 30 minutes today. I am sick though that is why I have not been writing here. I have been writing on E-health unowebsite.com instead. I hope I get better and I have lost about 30 lbs in 2 months. I will be here writing again.
I just ran 60 minutes 741 calories and 4.8 miles and during the running I was watching Athletic Madrid vs Malaga in bein sports soccer Spanish league. Athletic Madrid won one to 0 Griezman made the goal with a header was an ok but kind of boring game. I also was eating cashews in my break to give me some stamina plus I had to wash them thoroughly cause they contain salt and salt is bad for the blood.
I did a great slow exercise today, I had to rest in my first 20 minutes then after that every 10 minute brakes till I completed the 60 minutes.
